As you drive through the picturesque landscapes of the Granite Belt region in Queensland, Australia, you'll find yourself surrounded by an abundance of natural beauty and great food and wine. But that's not all the region has to offer! The Granite Belt region also boasts an array of seasonal fun and exciting events that cater to all ages. Here are some upcoming events to look out for:

Springtime Events:
1. Wine & Food Festival - September is the time for food and wine lovers to rejoice. The Wine & Food Festival offers a weekend of wine tastings, cooking demos, food stalls, and live music.

2. Apple and Grape Harvest Festival - This biennial festival celebrates the regions' apple and grape harvests. The whole town comes together to host a street parade, carnival rides, wine tasting tours, and a gala ball.

3. Stanthorpe Agricultural Show - Agriculture is a big part of the Granite Belt and the Stanthorpe Agricultural Show is a must-attend event. A fun-filled weekend of carnival rides, games, and displays of farm animals.

4. Granite Belt Blues - September sees the region come alive with a showcase of local and national blues artists performing over the weekend. A perfect event for music enthusiasts!

Summer Events:
1. Brass Monkey Rally - Celebrated in January the Brass Monkey Rally brings together motorbike enthusiasts from all over Australia. The event features live music, food stalls, and a show and shine competition.

2. Stanthorpe Rodeo - This popular event is held every February and attracts crowds from all around Queensland. The Stanthorpe Rodeo features bull riding, barrel racing, and steer wrestling competitions.

3. Garden & Home Expo - The Garden & Home Expo in October is perfect for green thumbs and renovators alike. The event boasts displays of local flora, build demonstrations, and a range of vendors selling plants and garden decor.

Autumn Events:
1. Tenterfield Autumn Festival - Just across the border in New South Wales, the Tenterfield Autumn Festival is a much-loved event in the Granite Belt region. The festival boasts live music, food stalls, and a display of vintage cars and trucks.

2. Apple & Grape Long Lunch - The Apple & Grape Long Lunch brings together local wineries and restaurants to create a gastronomic experience you won't forget. Held every March, the Long Lunch is a must-attend event for food and wine enthusiasts.

3. Kambly Living History Festival - Held in the village of Kambly every April, the Living History Festival brings the past to life with historical reenactments, vintage car displays, and cultural performances.

4. Gourmet in Gundy - March sees the small town of Goondiwindi host the annual Gourmet in Gundy event. Local chefs and winemakers showcase their produce in a relaxed outdoor setting.
